Shipping policy

Love u Dough currently offers Australia-wide express shipping and the rates are determined by the weight of your order. If you are local to Perth and surrounding suburbs, please email loveudough@gmail.com to see if you are eligible for a smaller delivery fee, prior to ordering online.

Dispatch and Shipping

All cookies are freshly baked so please allow for up to five business days (from your order being placed) for your order to be dispatched. Whilst express shipping should normally take 1-4 business days,  delivery times may vary due to our couriers processing and therefore may delay the arrival of your order. If you have not received your order within 5 business days (after being posted), please contact us with your order number and complaint to help assist you with a resolution.

Ordering Times

We are always open for orders online.

Shipping information

Please ensure you review your address prior to submitting your order as an incorrect shipping address may result in a lost order and we do not provide refunds or returns due to this.
